Chasing down Gomel Chesed Cemetery

 

January 4, 2007 -- In October 2000, approximately 11 months prior to September 11, 2001, a former Israeli Defense Force member and veteran of the Yom Kippur War (1973) was collecting English Ivy cuttings at the Gomel Chesed Cemetery located at Mccellan and 245 Mount Olive Avenue, which is near the city lines of Elizabeth and Newark, New Jersey. 

 

On December 1, 2006 the Muckraker Report published an article titled Prior knowledge of 9/11 attacks overheard in Hebrew in which I reported that the former Israeli Defense Force member, while in the Gomel Chesed Cemetery collecting English Ivy cuttings in October 2000, alleged to have overheard a conversation spoken in Hebrew regarding an upcoming September 2001 terrorist attack in New York City that would employ airplanes, and target the Twin Towers – World Trade Center buildings 1 and 2. 

 

Specifically, I reported that this Muckraker Report source told me that he overheard three men, speaking in Hebrew, say: 

 

“The Americans will learn what it is to live with terrorists after the planes hit the twins in September.”

 

Obviously, if the Muckraker Report source overheard these words in October 2000, 11 months prior to the September 11^th attacks, it is yet another clear indication that prior knowledge of 9/11 extended well beyond what the U.S. government and the censored, corporate media alleged, which is that only Osama bin Laden, the 19 hijackers, Zacarias Moussaoui, and their closest associates had any prior knowledge of the 9/11 attacks, while George Bush, Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld, Collin Powell, and Condoleezza Rice could have “never imagined” the usage of “airplanes as weapons”. 

 

If, five years past the event, you still believe that prior knowledge was limited to whom the U.S. government and the censored, corporate media alleges; your mental condition might be clinically hopeless.  It would be best for you to always wear a helmet. 

 

If, on the other hand, your open-mindedness to prior knowledge extends beyond the inner circles of Osama bin Laden and the CIA created al-Qaeda so long as such prior knowledge doesn’t encroach upon anything related to Jewry, then you are a dangerous hypocrite and a vile racist.  

 

Like so many other independent media sources, the Muckraker Report wants the truth, and nothing but the complete truth regarding prior knowledge of 9/11, regardless of who might be implemented and indicted as a result of the truth being revealed.  To start from the perspective that prior knowledge could have only been spoken in Arabic is to not start at all.  Tolerance no longer exists at the Muckraker Report for those that hold such racist beliefs.  If any Israeli connection to 9/11 cannot be discussed because of fear of being labeled an anti-Semitic, whatever the hell that means, then our nation has already been lost and we’re in a cold civil war that will surely get hot soon.  When justice for all becomes anything less, when the ruling and power elite can escape justice because of affiliation and association, it is a sure sign that a nation will soon crumble. 

 

The truth is that prior knowledge of the 9/11 events is a criminal offense.  Moussaoui is essentially serving a life sentence for alleged prior knowledge of the 9/11 attacks even though he was not part of the attacks, and he wasn’t involved in the planning of the attacks.  Moussaoui was not a 20^th hijacker as the government and corporate media originally dubbed him. At best he was a deranged wannabe terrorist, perhaps a wannabe hijacker, similar to Jose Padilla and his alleged plan to detonate briefcase nuclear devices. 

 

Had the government not gained a U.S. provided, drug-induced guilty plea from this mentally ill (Moussaoui was diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic) individual, and had a truly impartial jury heard this case, the government would have had a very difficult time netting any meaningful conviction.  Hell, even NBC anchor Brian Williams reported to Dan Abrams (MSNBC) that Moussaoui was outfitted with a stun belt for his courtroom appearances.  How can anybody take his guilty plea or any comment for the record that he has made seriously given these facts?

 

The point is that if Moussaoui is serving a life sentence for prior knowledge, then justice for all demands that further criminal investigation, done in the light of day, be exhaustive in an effort to uncover every person that had prior knowledge of the 9/11 attacks, regardless of their religion, race, creed, nationality, affiliation, association, or political office.  At minimum, prior knowledge without warning amounts to criminally negligent homicide – a felony.  There could be 1000 or more Americans guilty of this offense to include the entire Bush Administration.  Larry Silverstein, the leaseholder of the World Trade Center complex, should be investigated in this regard along with every employee that worked in either of the twin towers, who should have been at work that fateful day, that didn’t go to work for yet to be publicly discussed reasons.  If 1000 people avoided going to work at the twin towers on the morning of 9/11, it is beyond a premonition.  It is prior knowledge.  And prior knowledge absent sounding the alarm is criminally negligent homocide. 

 

The Muckraker Report source attempted to sound the alarm.  He contacted the FBI asking for protection in exchange for his information.  The FBI refused to guarantee protection for this individual.  The former IDF member persisted, and according to his account, two FBI agents finally paid him a visit on June 26, 2001.  They left their business cards with him. 

 

The Muckraker Report contacted the FBI Newark Division on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 to confirm whether Agent Gritz and Agent Stengel met with the source on or about June 26, 2001.  I was directed to the FBI Newark Division Legal Unit where I spoke with a woman who identified herself as Amy.  She suggested that I put my request in writing and fax it to her, which I did that same day. 

 

On Friday, November 24, 2006 I received a phone call from Amy confirming receipt of my written request.  She informed me that she would be out of the office the following week, and that somebody else from the Newark Division Legal Unit would handle my request. 

 

On Tuesday, November 28, 2006 I received a phone call from Kathy at the FBI National Press Office.  She informed me that the Legal Unit decided that I needed to file a Freedom of Information Act request. 

 

On Wednesday, November 29, 2006 I contacted Agent Robin (Gritz) Laird.  Once I had Agent Gritz on the phone, I introduced myself and immediately explained that I was attempting to confirm a meeting that herself and Agent Stengel allegedly had with the source on June 26, 2001.  Agent Gritz was already aware of my inquiries.  She indicated that she understood that the Press Office was handling my request.  I told her that I decided to call her directly and emphasized that I only wish to confirm the meeting.  Gritz said, “I’m not allowed to discuss this with you.  I would get in trouble.” 

 

Some new developments have occurred since the release of the December 1, 2006 article.  First, a Muckraker Report reader, John T. Lynch from North White Plains, NY offered to drive to the Gomel Chesed Cemetery and take pictures.  The pictures taken by Lynch demonstrate that in regard to the cemetery logistics, the Muckraker Report source description was truthful.

I also filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the FBI.  In my request dated December 7, 2006, I asked for the following information:

 

• Any documents, reports, time sheets, schedulers / daily planners, telephone records, etc. that reflect that Agent Stengel and Agent Robin Gritz met with (source name) on or about June 26, 2001
• Documents and reports that the Agents might have filed after their meeting with (source name) to include the content of the meeting
• All files and documents related to (source name)

 

In response to this FOIA request, the FBI sent a letter dated December 27, 2006, which indicated that because I had requested documents on an individual, I needed to provide the FBI with either proof of death or a privacy waiver from the subject(s) of my request.  Included with this letter from the FBI was a Privacy Waiver and Certification of Identity form.

 

I contacted the Muckraker Report source and asked him if he would be willing to sign the waiver.  He said he would.  I mailed him the form, a copy of my original FOIA, and the response letter from the FBI.  He signed the waiver form and returned it to me.  I mailed the waiver form to the FBI on January 1, 2007. 

 

Some readers have refused to consider the content of my first article on this topic.  Some suggested that it was too hokey to be true.  Others call me anti-Semitic.  The truth is some people wouldn’t believe the story even if it was videotaped and recorded.  Some suggest that the FBI letters could have been created by anybody – that the FBI business cards could have been fabricated too.  I contend that for those things to be true, the man that I have spoken with extensively now on this topic, the Muckraker Report source, would have to be a pathological liar. 

 

Think about it.  Who makes fake business cards, and also decides that to make them appear more authentic, crosses out the last four digits of each Agent’s phone number on the card and writes in new numbers, but has two different people write the numbers on the cards so that the handwriting would be different?  Who thinks of that detail?  Anybody that would go to such great detail to fabricate such a fraud would either be pathological or working for the CIA or a foreign intelligence service such as the Mossad.  The language and content of the FBI letters denying the source protection in exchange for the intelligence he had is beyond the scope of a common counterfeiter also.  The cemetery itself could have been selected and checked out as the backdrop for a hoax, but why make your presence in the cemetery contingent on English Ivy?  Who would think of that?  The source is Jewish.  He fought in the Yom Kippur War.  If he fabricated the story, why not say he was visiting a gravesite? 

 

On the waiver form, the source had to list his birth date.  He was born in 1951, which means he was 22 years old in 1973, the year Yom Kippur War was fought.  So his age substantiates this particular element of his story – that he was at a fighting age that supports his claim that he is a veteran of the Yom Kippur War. 

 

But there’s a greater point that should not be overlooked.  If you fabricated such a story and it got to this point; an article written and re-published across the Internet, a radio interview with Alex Jones at Prison Planet, a reporter calling the FBI asking for answers – if the story was a hoax, would you sign a privacy waiver form that would allow the FBI to turn over all documents it might have on you to an editor for the Muckraker Report? 

 

Again, unless you’re a pathological liar or an expert in intelligence / counterintelligence, I suggest that you would have collapsed your house of cards and took your show elsewhere once the FBI Privacy Waiver and Certification of Identity form showed up in your mailbox.  Am I wrong? 

 

The bottom line is that this is yet another story in a long line of censored stories regarding prior knowledge of the 9/11 attacks.  Prior knowledge of 9/11, no matter who had it, is a criminal offense if the people that knew of the upcoming attacks, didn’t sound the alarm. Prior knowledge does extend well beyond Osama bin Laden and the alleged hijackers.  It extends to those people that received the e-mail warning via Odigo – a warning that advised the recipients to avoid the World Trade Center Complex on the morning of 9/11.  It includes all those insider traders that made billions of dollars on put options placed on airline stocks prior to 9/11 – put options that were betting that the airline stocks were going down.  After 9/11, American Airline was trading between $1.75 and $3.75 a share.  Today it’s back up in the $30 range. 

 

The Jersey girls, the wives that lost husbands on 9/11 are still trying to get to the bottom of the prior knowledge question.  If you haven’t done so yet, please sign their petition. 

 

And the information keeps coming in.  On December 31, 2006 I received an e-mail from a Muckraker Report reader that reveals another testimony of prior knowledge that extends well beyond what the government wants you and I to believe.  In his e-mail to the Muckraker Report, the reader informed me that a relative of his worked for a large asset management firm in New York with very close ties to the government.  A few days after 9/11, the reader claims that his relative informed him that the “boys from the government” advised his firm that 9/11 was to happen.  The reader claims that his relative’s firm then engaged in insider trading of airline and insurance stocks and profited immensely.  Since the admission, the reader has attempted to gain additional information from his relative in this regard.  His relative now denies making the admission a few days after 9/11, refuses to talk with the reader, and has successfully ostracized the reader from his family.

 

The fact remains that nobody will ever unequivocally confirm the Gomel Chesed Cemetery conversation story.  Even if the FBI provides the Muckraker Report with documentation that two of its agents met with my source, and even if they made a report that reveals that he told them what he alleges to have told them, doubters could easily argue that the source obtained his information elsewhere.  If the story broke through the corporate media censors, within a short time the fools at Fox would be linking the source to al-Qeada.  It is a sad reality that will not be peacefully resolved, rest assured.  That is why it is important to put this story along side of all the other independent media stories that the corporate media censors, and look at the big picture.  When the pieces are put together, prior knowledge is so vividly displayed that only the deranged and murderous fail to see it. 

 

It’s about prior knowledge people.  People will kill and people will die to protect this secret.  Prepare yourself.
